When sending bug reports...

When e-mailing me regarding a possible bug, be sure to mention these things:

• 1. The name and exact version of my product that the bug occurs on.
• 2. Which OS you are running or have tested on (i.e. Windows 98, NT 4.0, etc.).
• 3. Exactly what the problem is. (Don't merely say "feature X doesn't work.")
• 4. Detailed steps to reproduce the problem, if possible.
